Washington heads into training camp with their top two receiving spots set with Terry McLaurin and Jahan Dotson, but after that the picture gets murky.
Veteran receiver Jamison Crowder is the early favorite to be Washington's returner, so that alone likely earns him a spot, along with 3rd round draft selection Luke McCaffrey rounding out my projected locks.
Following Crowder, 4th year receiver Dyami Brown will likely get his last opportunity to stay with the Commanders. The rest will be vying for the 5th and final receiver spot. One undrafted rookie opened eyes during OTA's and has a legit shot to cease the final receiver slot for Washington.

Background
Rosemy-Jacksaint grew up in Pompano Beach, FL and played for Florida high school football powerhouse St. Thomas Aquinas.
As a senior he registered 27 catches for 467 yards and 9 touchdowns, while lining up at receiver.
He was also a member of the track and field team, with school records of 39 feet, 10 inches in the triple jump and 24.13 in the 200 meters.
He helped lead his team to a 14-0 record and the 2019 FHSAA Class 7A state championship and a No. 5 national rank.
In the championship game he the hauled in an 11-yard touchdown, helping his team reclaim the lead late in the 4th quarter. He followed the touchdown reception with a game clinching interception, while lining up at defensive back only a few plays later.
Rosemy-Jacksaint earned a 4-Star ranking by ESPN, in addition to being ranked as the 4th rated WR nationally and 45th overall prospect nationally.
The St. Thomas Aquinas receiver was invited to play in the 2020 Under Armour All-America Game and subsequently committed to the University of Georgia.
In 2020 Rosemy-Jacksaint played in 6 of 10 games, before going down with a gruesome knee injury vs Florida. On the season he recorded 4 receptions for 62 yards and a touchdown.
Fast forward to 2022 and Rosemy-Jacksaint was active in 15 games (including 1/9/23 Bowl Game vs TCU). On the season he registered 29 receptions 337 and 2 touchdowns.
Georgia went undefeated, including winning the College Football National Championship with the Bulldogs receiver being a valuable contributor on offense.
In 2023 the Bulldog's receiver played in 13 out of 14 games with a career best 535 yards and 4 touchdowns.
For the second consecutive year, Rosemy-Jacksaint finished the season without a dropped pass. He also ranked 3rd on the team with 4 touchdowns.
PROS
Soft/reliable hands with impressible hand-eye coordination
Flashed as an effective and above average blocker
Large hands and significant catch radius is a big selling point for the receiver
Valuable special teams contributor
Effectively fends of press-coverage with the ability to quickly redirect and adjust to off target throws
CONS
Lack of career production
Can struggle to gain separation due to lack of explosion
Timed speed below average for the next level
Limited as a YAC producer
Needs to be more aggressive and attack the ball during contested catch situations
2024 Outlook
Rosemy-Jacksaint didn't run the 40-yard dash during the NFL Combine and ran a lackluster time of 4.6 seconds during Georgia's pro day.
His slow time, coupled with his past knee injury and lack of collegiate production certainly attributed to the Bulldog receiver going undrafted. In saying that, there is a path for Rosemy-Jacksaint ro make the roster.
After McLaurin and Dotson the next 3-4 receiver spots will be up for grabs. As mentioned previously, Rosemy-Jacksaint is a reliable pass catcher and offers value on special teams.
The receiver battle will be an intense competition and worth keeping an eye on as training camp progresses.
After making a highlight reel type catch during OTA's, Rosemy-Jacksaint will be in prime position to keep the attention on himself this week, as only rookies will report with the rest of the players due in camp next week.
